Important Instructions
- The Admit Card will be provided officially to UGC NET December 2023 applicants who meet the qualifying conditions.
- The candidate must download the Admit Card from the NTA website and present for the Examination on the date, shift, time, and discipline specified on his/her Admit Card.
- No applicant will be permitted to attend at the test center on any other day or time than that specified on their admit card.
- If a candidate is unable to download the Admit Card from the website, he or she may contact the NTA Help Line between 09:30 am and 5:30 pm, or write to NTA at: https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in; https://ugcnet.ntaonline.in.
- Candidates are asked to carefully study the instructions on the Admit Card before to the exam day and to follow them throughout the examination.
- If there is a mistake in the applicant’s particulars or his/her portrait and signatures as indicated on the Admit Card and Confirmation Page, the candidate should contact the Help Line promptly between 09:30 am and 5:30 pm. In such cases, participants would show up to the exam using the already downloaded Admit Card. However, NTA will take the required steps to rectify the record later.
Documents To Be Brought To The Exam Centre For UGC NET
The following papers must be presented to the testing center by the candidates.
- Admit Card printout obtained from the NTA website.
- One passport-size photograph (the same as uploaded on the Online Application Form) for pasting on the specified location on the Attendance Sheet at the Examination Centre. PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With Photograph)/ Aadhaar Enrolment No/ Ration Card (must be original, valid, and non-expired). The name on the picture identification must match the name on the Admit Card.
- If claiming the PwD category, a PwD certificate issued by the Competent Authority is required.
How To Download UGC NET Admit Card 2023
The following are the basic processes for online downloading of the University Grants Commission (UGC) NET 2023 admit card:
- To get started, go to the NTA UGC NET official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in on your computer or phone browser.
- Navigate to the center of the web page and, under Candidate Activity, click on the link labeled UGC NET December 2023 Admit Card.
- You will be transferred to the UGC NET 2023 Login page.
- Enter your Application No. and Date of Birth accurately in the relevant fields on the login page.
- To proceed, enter the Security Pin exactly as it is presented on the page.
- Finally, to download your admission card, click the Sign In option. You can print it out for future reference.
